The application for the 2025 - 2026 academic year will be available online here in the coming weeks.

Priority Application Deadline: Friday, February 28th, 2025

REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS

Admissions Checklist - Priority Items:

✔ Completed 2025-2026 Application for Enrollment (Includes the following: Parent/Guardian Questionnaire, Signed Family Service & Financial Agreement, Signed Release of School Records Authorization)

✔ $60.00 Application Fee (non-refundable)

✔ Current Principal Recommendation Form (not required for students currently attending a public school.)

Admissions Checklist - Secondary Items:

✔ Letter of Recommendation from your current parish (if not an active Saint Paschal Baylon Parishioner)

✔ Copy of Birth Certificate

✔ Copies of Baptismal & First Holy Communion Certificates (if applicable)

✔ Any grade-level specific items listed below

Additional Grade-Specific Requirements

Kindergarten Requirements:

✔ Kindergarten Parent/Guardian Questionnaire

✔ Preschool Teacher Evaluation Form (sent directly from the pre-school)

✔ Copies of school records, including pre-school progress reports

First Grade Requirements:

✔ Academic/Character Reference (if applicable)

✔ Copies of school records, including progress reports or report cards

Second through Eighth Grades Requirements:

✔ Academic/Character Reference (if applicable)

✔ Copies of school records, including standardized test results (last 3 years, if applicable)

✔ Report cards from the previous 2 years

Final acceptance is determined after:

✔ Review of the complete application and fee by SPBS Administration.

✔ Verification of SPB Parish membership and participation.

✔ Academic evaluation by the incoming grade's teacher.

SPBS ADMISSIONS PROCESS
STEP 1 - VISIT:
Visit us at Open House on January 26th.

STEP 2 - APPLY:
Submit your online application and pay the fee.
Opening soon.

STEP 3 - TESTING:
Assessment testing occurs on March 6th, 2025.
Make-up assessment testing on March 25th, 2025.

STEP 4 - PRINCIPAL MEETING:
Meeting scheduled with Principal Bushore.

STEP 5 - ACCEPTANCES:
Acceptance packets mailed in early April.
