Parents As Partners

St. Paschal Baylon School collaborates with parents in the education of their children, because we believe parents are the primary educators of their children.

Good example is the strongest teacher. Your personal relationship with God, with the school community and with the Church community will affect the way your child relates to God and others. Ideals taught in school are not well rooted in the child unless these are nurtured by the example of good Catholic/Christian living at home. Commitment to Sunday worship, to Sacramental life, to Christian morality and in an honest personal relationship with God must be evident in your family life.

Together let us begin this year with a resolve to partnership as we support one another in helping your child to become the best person he/she is capable of becoming. We respect your role as parents, and we ask that you model respect for our role as Catholic educators.

Saint Paschal Baylon School is a true “faith community” and “family”. Therefore, we offer a multitude of activities to promote and build on this community spirit, such as: events for families; events for parents; events for students; parent education opportunities; fund raisers; and parish-school events.

However, there are some opportunities offered through SPBS that we strongly encourage our parents to participate in, including our weekly Friday morning school Masses, and other events as listed to the left. Please refer to the SPBS Calendar and the Bear Paw weekly newsletter for specific dates and more details throughout the school year.
